Sienna Resort
A private island resort on Sidau Island, sheltered inside the Maratua Lagoon. The largest villa sleeps 6 over the water. Kakaban jellyfish lake, Sangalaki mantas, and Talisayan whale sharks are all reachable by excursion at extra charge.
Sienna Resort occupies Sidau Island, a small island within the Maratua Lagoon — a sheltered position that puts the resort inside the lagoon rather than exposed on the ocean coast. Three boat dives run daily to sites around Maratua, with Kakaban Island, Sangalaki Island, Derawan Island, and the Talisayan whale shark aggregation all available as day trips at per-boat surcharges.
