Packages are priced per person on twin-sharing basis and include accommodation, return transfers from Tawau Airport, three guided boat dives daily, unlimited house reef diving, and full board meals. Non-diving packages are available for companions not participating in scuba.
Travel period is from Thursday, 1 January 2026 to Thursday, 31 December 2026. The prices shown below in USD US Dollar are for reference only based on exchange rates in the last hour. The base currency for this resort is in MYR Malaysian Ringgit.
The 64 villas are arranged across four two-storey bungalow blocks set back from the beachfront. Each villa has a private balcony with either ocean-facing or garden-facing views. At 36 square metres, they are the largest room category at the resort and offer the most separation from the dive centre and common areas.

The 30 semi-detached beach chalets sit along the beachfront, each with a private patio at ground level. At 30 square metres, they are the most compact of the three categories and the closest rooms to both the dive centre jetty and the water. A practical choice for divers who want to be first in the water and last out.

For every nine full-paying guests, one Tour Leader stays free of charge. The Tour Leader is responsible for their own Sipadan entry permits and jetty fees.

Sipadan Island Permits
A limited number of permits are available each day for guests wishing to dive Sipadan Island. Allocation is based on length of stay:
Additional permits may be obtained subject to availability and an additional charge. Sipadan Island is closed to all visitors each year from 1 to 30 November for conservation purposes — no permits are issued during this period. Sipadan diving requires a minimum Advanced Open Water certification.
Tourism Tax (TTx)
Package excludes Tourism Tax of MYR 10.00 per room per night, payable at the resort.
Peak Season Surcharges
A peak season surcharge applies during the following periods. Exact surcharge amounts are available on request.
Single Travellers
Single travellers occupying a room alone are charged a 40% surcharge on the standard package rate. All guests travel on the resort's scheduled group land and sea transfers.
Children
Children aged 3 to 11 sharing a room with two adults pay 50% of the non-Sipadan leisure rate. Children of any age who wish to visit Sipadan Island are charged at the full adult package rate. Children aged 2 and below stay free of charge; jetty fees apply.
