From your location, find your way to Tawau Airport. A resort coordinator will meet you at the airport. Plan to arrive by 10:20 a.m. or earlier, otherwise you will need to spend a night in Semporna and only transfer to the island the next day.

There are two boat transfers between Semporna (Seafest Jetty) and Mabul Island available daily. If you arrive Tawau Airport by 8:20 a.m., then you will take the 10 a.m. boat transfer. Similarly if you arrive by 10:20 a.m., you will take the 12:30 p.m. boat transfer.

Main flight routes to Tawau Airport includes from Kota Kinabalu International Airport (BKI-TWU) and Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL-TWU).
There are aslo flights from Sandakan to Tawau (SDK-TWU), if you plan on visiting Sandakan before going to Tawau.

Land Transfer to Seafest Jetty
Transfer from airport to Seafest Jetty, located about 3 minutes away from Semporna town centre. The journey will take about 90 minutes.
Boat Transfer to Mabul Island
Boat transfers from Seafest Jetty leaves the jetty at 10 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. The journey will take 45 minutes to arrive at the island.
